Spotty Seersucker Dress

Maxi dress with sleeve frills and elastic panel at centre back. Made to my measurements:
B 44"
W 34"
H 44"
But there is some give due to the elastic panel in the back.
Fabric: light cotton seersucker
Wear: Worn 2-3 times.
