Due to a major fail on my part, I've made a skirt that is way too small for me. It's a time consuming sew, made from many little pieces cleverly cobbled together. The fabric is Ruby Star Society cotton from their Warp and Weft range. To add insult to injury, I discovered a small fault in one of the fabrics, however it is not visible from the right side. There is close to 5m of fabric in the skirt and it is very full at the hem, making it excellent for twirling.
Waist: Elastic, measures 30" non stretched to 40" stretched. Would best suit waist somewhere between 32-36".
Hips: Must be under 40" so you can pull it on.
Wear: This is brand new and has never been worn. The fabric has been pre washed and tumble dried.
