This one came up smaller than my others in the bust for some unknown reason. Waist and hip are quite free but I'd recommend it for someone around a 40" bust (or under if you don't mind more ease). Please note this one is cheaper because I sliced through a buttonhole and had to repair it. It's not visible when the button is done up.
